The Importance of Feedback in Developers

On TV a feedback is not something they practice meaning when you talk to most developers, although there are many dashboards and many kind of nice ways to visualize the data. So Ray gun doesn't do that. For example, I'm just thinking off the top of my head. You can't tell Ray gun to analyze bottle necks and report back to me timings and things like that. Sure. There are a lot of the technologies, but what I found out when I to developers is that on TV a feedback isn't something they practicemeaning when you talks to most developers it's very different.
