Is There a Gatekeeper in the Industry?

Women tend to think in terms of goals. Well, but how do I get to the house I want to buy? How do I get the hell out of this job I hate and get to the startup that I want to start? Even when you go over to some of the online trading places or investing firms that have been there, they've talked in a different language than women do. And so it's almost a Mars and Venus thing, not in the traditional way people think women are risk averse. That is not the case, but that we tend to think about it more conceptually and more goals based.
