For me, am, i had to see myself. I didn't have anyone around me that could reflect back to me in a way where i felt like i was fully seen and i could relax. And for me, it was journalling. It was m i think i was like four. The first person i met that became, still to this day, my longest tenured friend. So it's like there's two ways to do it. You can find the person who has the ability to meet you where you're atand look through your persona. Then there's the other way, where you can u start internally? Ah, and i love jornaling.
