The Myth of Craft Beer
When I started studying craft beers a lot of my friends were really into these it had the effect to me of going back. The Chinese didn't want to have anything to do with microbrewed beers they saw them as inferior in quality and not very good. They wanted mass produced beer that was made in a nice modern factory with latest techniques. We tend to romanticize craft production in West rather than nitty gritty reality, says David Walliams.
