What Are the Prerequisites to Sprinting?

Sprinting is a vaccine, you wouldn't have people sprinting with poor mechanics. You need to be able to create shapes that allow you to move quickly and then at the same time you need the prerequisite physical markers in order to help create those shapes. If we're talking about a metric for speed, then at an elite level, you've got to be can hit the low 275 on a flying 30 as a minimum.
