Luke's View of Mary Magdalene
Luke presents women as in a positive light and pays a lot of attention to them, but for doing specific roles. He's most women he does present positively, but he's the only one who calls her a demoniac. Luke knows that Mary Magdalene is at the cross because Luke is basing his narrative on Marcus gospel. It's not good a vision of the risen Jesus in Luke's gospel.
