Product Market Fit - What's Your Customer Base?

The first thing we did was segment our customer base and create a sort of leading indicator of success. We created a customer helsh score around a number of different perimeters. And then, as we were looking to acquire new customers, we even took it a step deeper by creating a proprietary system called print which stood for what is their revenue motion? What integrations do they have? And how is that going to tell us who are next customers i should be? It really makes sense also to think about union economics, think about san potas,. Think about iste cast over tesition cost, and take anything else that haps you really bet something disrebutable and scalable.
