Do You Have Drug Paraphernalia Laws?

The federal government is encouraging states to have drug paraphernalia laws. That's not a problem in Alaska, where there are no drug paraphenalia laws. It's getting the supplies that we want to hand out to people up here which is the challenge. There are different ways in which states can facilitate harm reduction.
