A lawyer for the former president, reported ly signed a document certifying that everything had been given back. Don't merrick garland and the people around him don't their heads explode after they've gotten a a sworn statement that everything has been turned over? Is there any other thing they could have done but use the sort of compulsory process of a search warrent? I think you have to examine that decision in light of that sworn statement, right? Absolutely.
