What Is Armed Justice?
Armed justice includes a series of operations, so includes many institutions as well. It portends or it implies the arrival of the army to deliver staggered blows to a revolt. The rioters in this case were designated as enemies. But because they were part of the state, they had to be dealt with by an entire fleet of disciplinary reforms and new measures.
