What Is Worthwhile in Terms of Output?

To me, it was all about output into the real world. And I feel like actually outputting creative output into the marketplace of ideas where it can be evaluated in a natural rather than an artificial context. So what are some things that you would consider worthy in terms of output? Like what output is valuable to you?
