One of the things to remember about human catabaric dermis is that because they're harvested from humans, oftentimes the sizes are not going to be as large as some of the other meshes. So a slowly resorbable monofilament suture is very appropriate to fixate any of these meshes. The key thing is you have to get that mesh nice and flat. You do want to minimize buckling because the more buckling there is of any of theseMesh, the more likely you can have adhesions to it.
