John: Sometimes the dream is more important than your lifespan. He thought he was just giving a focus and raising resources that we could get there one day. It wasn't until we just had our 10 year anniversary in Guatemala, I'm going to start seeing this in my lifespan. And so Tracy, even right now, I mean, I've got leadership challenges. You are making very, very difficult decisions. But these decisions become much easier when I am realizing that I'm making the decisions for the effectiveness of the dream, not me.
