The letter T is turn off social media. Social media, like a lot of media and the news, the 24 hour news cycle, is designed to hold your attention. So I actually think it's really healthy for people to just fast from social media. Just turn it off even just for a little bit or schedule it so that you're looking at only the things you really want to look at. And then you'll be amazed at how much time you have.
