Benjamin: We really should provide this space to the new colleague to just get to know everything. Adrien: I think there might be in your case as it is the first fully remote hire that might require a little bit of a mindset change. The offices are really good space for collaboration, for conversation, for physical serendipity but we also want to be inclusive and embrace also our remote colleagues who are not going to be physical.
