How to Deal With Boredom
Boredom can often lead to people wanting to eat more anyway doesn't it an opting for more snacks as well but how would you advise someone to tackle this type of boredom. I actually think in these situations we need to take the emphasis away from the actual food and put the emphasis on the feeling. In the workplace it's important for our employers to allow that flexibility where it's possible that says you know if you are bored you can just take 20 minutes out and have coffee with your work colleague rather than having to stay at your desk and continue to work.
