Introduction
Rape victims are continually and systematically being failed by the criminal i system, with long delays between reporting a case and a prosecution. The communication isn't always very good either - one victim told me that when they had the email come free saying that the c p s wasn't going to take forward the case, the email was addressed to the wrong name. I mean, is i's just like a disregard for victims well being?
