The biggest challenges have been, it's been really finding the volume of quality companies that are actively looking to hire. Because we focus on the higher end of the market,. It's been finding those people who are spending at least, like, 50 thousand dollars a month - and having channels that work. So, you know, that that's really been the challenge, am with a with creto over the years. And we're working on some new things as well to kind of a, to kind of help with that, which i'm not ready to talk about publicly, on a podcast.
