Greek Education - The Seventh to 14th Year
Greeks thought that if they revere the divine in little children, there was no need to be concerned them during the first seven years of life. Once the seventh year is reached, however, it is wise to take responsibility for the development of forces within children. So how do we approach ed? If we understand how to pay real reverence to the divine ind human beings as much as possible, we must develop the human faculties that unfold in a child. This is a tremendously far reaching and deeply significant principle of education.
