Airbnb and the Inflationary Pressures on Rents
It just seems like it's becoming harder and harder to be a landlord in Vancouver. People still trying to make it work and cover their costs, but now obviously with interest rates, trying to get very creative. And that's reflected in the prices of all these like the destination destinations, right? Yeah. I think that's bang on the observation of people being like, well, renting it long term, looking for yield. Let's look for max yield, because I we've had a few listings that are Airbnb friendly in Vancouver, and they've gone absolutely bananas.
