We are seeing corporate relocations at rates that we've never er seen before in texas. Apple is developing a hundred and 33 acre campus, with capacity to grow up to another ten thousand employees. Uber is comeing to dallas, uh, building a second headquarters. The vanguard group is moving 20 million square feet of chip fabrication plant here. And again, over the next ten years, there's no signs of it stopping.
