Using Will Power to Manage Information Flows

i think you're seeing this emerging intuition that information flows have different qualitys. Also, seeing that there's opportunity cost to spending your time with these flows. As an individual trying to use will power to manage that is itis a challenge for sure. How can makers and people who need to focus and get in the zone and do work, how can you manage that? i guess the users life goals are work goals, rather than companies call them engagement goals.
