Taking Stock of Your Assets
Keep a well up dated list of all your assets with their nominies. Mention your loans, and this itself will be half the problem. Get a civil report free once a year. Figure out a way that there are people who can come forward when the situation arises. If you're not therete how does that other person prove after you that you didn't take this load in the first place? It's impossible. So having is just a burden that you only leave behind.
