Matter and Consciousness

I think to have a dispute about matter and consciousness may be a mistake, if one's arguing that consciousness is a priorto matter. But i think at the moment, what i hold is that they are in fact different phases of the same phenomenon. Iou o, which one is the real water? Which came first? Wor? There isn't an answer to that question. They are all completely different manifestations of the thing with utterly different qualities, but they are effectively the same.
