Nozick's Original Utopian Vision
The internet in its earliest form seemed to promise the creation of communities within which people could move. It still feels pretty utopian and certainly those dreams from the 1970s and 1980s don't feel quite so real now. But it's still possible to think like that, to think there is a future in which this technology goes back to its original potential.
