The Backstory of Ukraine's Invasion
I want to hear your thoughts about 2014 because I think a lot of times the backstory is certainly not discussed in our media coverage. And that's because Ukraine, like every country in Eastern Europe and frankly, every country in Europe has a history of Nazi. But so during World War II, there were a lot of collaborators with the Nazis in East in the West of Ukraine. One of the units defending the Reichstag in the last days of the of Hitler's Third Reich was SS Charlemagne, which was full of French Nazi. So this movement of fascism was very common in Europe at the time.
