Using the Rice Framework to Prioritize the Initiatives
With each initiative defined in this way, you're going to then be able to start to prioritize the initiatives against each other. You can use the rice framework, which is a very nifty prior to prior decision framework. The value versus effort framework or just good old story mapping, which I think is particularly helpful for building MVPs. For us, impact, like high medium low but there's really a lot of different ways to go about this so when you're prioritizing. Think about the r o y return on investment. How much do you get back, how much do you put in.
