Is Bitcoin Core 24 on Bitcoin Core.org?
There was a tag made on GitHub, which is signed, and there was an announcement. But that release never showed up on Bitcoin core.org. The website is on GitHub too, so people make a pull request to add a page that points to the new release. And when something like that happens, then the next release can be just called 24.0.1 - not immediately 24.1.
