Do You Need to Do Strength Focused Training?

Bodybuilding blocks can play a beneficial role, but they don't need to do them. It would be things like you need a break from the grind of one rep max powerlifting focus training. The other thing I'll say that is that if you're coming from a powerlifting program and then switch to a bodybuilding program it's not going to make any appreciable muscle mass gains.
