The Host Flies - Is There a 'Host Fly'?

i feel like there's enough mysteries going on, even with the understanding that i just explained. Just because they are being quite mysterious about it. And usually when the show is mysterious about something, it's safe to assume that some kind of reveal is afoot. You didn't think the fly hosts were enough of a reveal?
