The book is about the culture of silence in hollywood. It seems hard to imagine that the men running hollywood a didn't know who they were doing business with. There's lots of evidence, which i produce in the book, that many people there knew that he was abusing women and shut their eyes to. And one reason i give such credit to jode canter, mac duey and anronam paro is they made women comfortable enough to talk.
