The Importance of Shadow Work
I've always been a bit of a law of attraction person even before I knew what that was. The thoughts you have become ideas, those ideas start to come into life. You want to think about things to manifest those things that you care about and think about them often. And the shadow work side of that is acknowledging your shadow self. It's like trying to free people in those moments. Make Saturdays out of Mondays, you know. Come and be yourself. We'll turn up the music. Like I love that.
