State and Local Governments Continue to Buy Chinese Telecom Gear Despite Warnings
State and local entities purchased $45 million worth of stuff from those five companies. The largest buyer though was actually a public university in Michigan who invested more than 15 million bucks in Huawei computer equipment. In Arkansas, two public school districts buying more than $1 million worth of Hikevision surveillance systems. So y'all are in 50 states and these local senators and representatives are honestly sometimes your next door neighbors.
