Is It a Good Idea to Have a Third Party Auditor?

In theory, if you're doing the procedure right, you don't actually need an auditor. I think exchanges are just going to have to reconfigure their back end such that they could more easily do these procedures in the future. In terms of the, you know, does it trade off against existing custodial setups? It's just that we're in this transitional phase. People didn't configure their custody such that they'd be able to easily export the liabilities and the assets.
