Britain and France are at loggerheads over fishing rights in the English Channel. French boats have been allowed to fish between six and 12 miles from british coast. The agreement itself is very badly framed, says John Bercow. He thinks it would be difficult for france to back down on this issue if they were seen as 'sporting' with Britain.
