We're torn between these two competing impulses of understanding that withdrawal had to happen sometime, but we're also aghast at how it was actually implemented. Was it really implausible that they could have kept a low level force on the ground, sir, you no, for a number of years yet? I think it wasn't impossible. There was political will. It's a question of whether there were going to be presidents who wanted to stay longer. We didn't try particularly hard to kind of see that outcome, or even give it a chance.
