The Level of Incompetence in Government and the Level of Corruption

What with what we're seeing, and what's become of pat in the last two years, is is level of incompetence in government a and also the level of corruption as well ar some combination of the two. And so you think, well, if there's less competence and less corruption, then i have a choice. I can choose which services i take on board. So em yes, there's would you call that corruption incompetence? Is that any one person's design? It's just the whole thing s an unintended consequence.
