You might remember Katherine alluded to a brilliant conversation she had been part of a few days prior, for the launch of a major new report and project by not-for-profit outfit, Sustainable Table.
Regenerative farmer and award-winning writer, Tanya Massy, is the lead author of that report, part of an all-star team frankly, including a number of past guests on this podcast.
