I think it will make a difference to the diversity statistics because they have a very, very diverse population within SILEX. Because of the background of people who become legal executives, they've often not gone to university. They've worked their way up through the profession. Yes. But they could make Crown Court judges just as well as somebody who's been through the university and solicitors and barristers. And no reason why they shouldn't. Do you have an aim to increase the number of minorities to increased the number of women on the bench? The aim is to do it.
