How to Improve Your Sleep Quality
Poor sleep habits or poor sleep quality can contribute to circadian rhythm disruption. If you take naps during the day, especially naps that go longer than 40 minutes, you can lapse into deep sleep which throws the circadian rhythms out of whack. Too many fluids, too close to bedtime, can also be problematic because then you're getting up throughout the night and every time you get up, it may not be a lot of cortisol.
