Not-for-profits and charities in general don't do a good enough job at thinking about how to partner with organizations, she says. The other piece around how to win is actually thinking about what is your organization's inside about the change that you're trying to make. Jack.org had an insight that they could leverage youth to help youth,. That they believe that young leaders can actually provide leadership to others. And so for them, their mechanism of change is how do we create a platform in space for young leaders to learn the skills, to empower others?
