Madam Mao's reign of terror was over-semented after her expulsion from the Communist Party a year later. The press gave her her final alias, the white-boned demon. Gang of four were later tried and sentenced for their actions during the Cultural Revolution. They even accused us of plotting to assassinate Mao himself. I denied all charges and denounced the Chinese Communist Party leadership. In 1981, I was found guilty and sentenced to death. Two years later, my sentence was changed to life in prison.
