Is the Affordable Housing Plan a Good Idea?

The next mayor is going to have a real partner in washington on these issues. We are calling for a minimum commitment of deeply affordable units of eight thousand a year. And we think tat that is really the sort of minimum needed to address these most pressing needs around homeless families as grat dimensions. Um, extremely low income new yorkers supportiv housing units, and also those seniors who are on, um, fixed income and, you know, in desperate need of a fordable housing.
