On day one, there were more executive orders related to immigration on the border than anything else. A big one was ordering like a pause on interior enforcement from ICE on deportations. The signal that it sent I think particularly throughout Latin America was that there'd been a major change in policy. And so that precipitated some very, very challenging and politically damaging scenes for the president.
