You can't have resiliency without the risk part of it, says Thiyu. The whole idea of risk and resiliency is that there's a lot coming at us,. It's an interconnected risk environment. If any of these devices has a trojan horse or back door, it compromises my home office network and data. So we move people to work from home environments where they might be wearing their pajama bottoms underneath the desk. They're not in the corporate office. That crosses the line harassment and discrimination.
