The Importance of Breathing

Golfers will do quite a big upper chest breath. That actually turns on the sympathetic nervous system or that fight and flight nervous system. And so sorry, it is about the breath, but it's about where you take them as opposed to just taking the breath full stop. So lifting your eyes, looking onto the horizon, being aware of your peripheral vision, those sorts of things is really critical. Some golfers often describe that tunnel vision experience they'll get right when they're really stressed.
