Introduction

Rivec is back with a series of discussions about an important topic. This time we're looking at the problem of proper governance in a particularly new fashion. We've got some ideas about a basic architecture and Jordan's going to propose that, run through it then we'll enter into a more of a format so Jordan please take it away.
