When I left, I felt incredibly uncomfortable, lonely, sad, scared, jacked up, agitated, mostly fear for me. And that's when I knew for me this would become a drug because I was going through the withdrawal of oh, I don't have my drug and I have my comfort. Many of us experience that jittery constantly reaching for the phone, ness during one or more of the stages of leaving social media we talked about here today.
