Dr. Barwin Fails the Gynecology Exam

Dr. Barwin had been a gynecologist in Northern Ireland and moved to Canada with the understanding that he would need to take the exam for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He failed it several times, but was allowed to teach other people how to be gynecologists. "I still think that there was a couple that was the baby they were supposed to have though," she says.
