Increasing Diversity in Scientific Work - Can You Give Examples?
The chief officer for scientific work at St. N university has been in the role since 20 14. The position was set up to help increase diversity of scientists and health workers. She says there are now more people from diverse backgrounds coming through, but it's still a very small number. This is translating into better outcomes with regards to research projects that could benefit individuals who may be affected by cultural factors such as color of pills or how you approach populations.
